Hunch is Wiggins will more or less leave the road behind and concentrate on TT and team pursuit with rio in mind. 2 golds, however unlikely, would have him overtake Hoy.
I reckon Wiggo will have another shot at a grand tour probably not the Tour but with what team I'm not sure. But like Andy he will be looking for good money to change teams and not many could afford him. The alternative is to concentrate on some classics and the shorter stage races like the Dauphine and Tirreno or Paris Nice maybe TOC. Be surprised if he went back to the track unless he is totally fed up with road racing.
