Well, what I linked is from OPQS's official site. I don't know if that Mundo Ciclistico site has some kind of inside information; but for now at least I would trust OPQS when they say he has signed with them.

Edit:
Last few tweets from him, on the 1st
I read in the news that I signed up for the OFQS, I feel the need to clarify that I have not signed with any team yet.

In a few days I will announce my new team for the 2014 season. Very happy about it! Now to finish my big year with the @ TeamJamisHB

And that report from OPQS was on the 1st, so maybe he hasn't signed yet, will have to wait and see.

Andre Cardoso, 29 years old portuguese climber riding for Caja Rural, to Garmin seems like a strong rumour. He can probably support Martin/Hesjedal/Talansky in stage races and he can also give a hand in hilly classics like Liege, Lombardia because he has a decent engine.

Now confirmed in Garmin's team for next year:
[It's a good source in cycling news, not so much to know which players will go to Benfica :D]

Don't think so, iirc I read something a while back that he was staying on with Radioshack.

That would be quite a fail from Lefevere, if true. Although Lefevere said something like 'to me, a word is a word'. Maybe to Acevedo it isn't ;)

Wow that is very surprising. I would have thought that he would join Argos or something like that.

Me too but Movistar seem to be hungry for rouleurs this year after the lost time at the Tour due to echelons.

Malori had not signed a contract with Movistar. Maybe he stays at Lampre after all.

They'd better be looking for a new wheel supplier then

Lotto-Belisol signed another young Belgian, Stig Broeckx who is currently riding for the team as a trainee.

I wasn't aware of that, thought they had gone on a binge for rouleurs/ TT specialists. I assumed they thought they were a bit climber heavy and thought a rouleur or two might help reduce the risk of such devastating time losses reoccurring.

Love it, a new wheel supplier would be a great solution.

I welcome reasoned opposing opinions Ryo...when given?

Also bearing in mind that Lastras and Gutiérrez, two of their biggest engines for that type of stage and who have been with Unzué since time immemorial, are advancing in age and will probably not be around too much longer.
