Compared to Sky or BMC, that's one very cost efficient team.JRanton said:The new three year Sponsorship until the end of 2016 is reportedly worth 10.5 million euros per year. This is higher than the previous three years and is about average for a World Tour team according to the article.

The actual budget will be more, what with bike sponsors and co sponsors, but still it's probably not as astronomical as the big Anglosaxon teams. They probably don't change bike sponsor for nothing.Libertine Seguros said:Abarcá have been a very cost efficient team for several years now, always seemingly lower on the budget level than you'd probably expect for their visibility and results - I imagine that Valverde can't be on the same kind of salary he was pre-ban too, which probably helps. I guess there may be the possibility of their doing things via subcontractors and hiding some costs the same way Sky did at first, mind.
What is more- article states that Farrar would leave, while, he has already confirmed he will be riding for Gamin next year.Christian said:Odd - this article is from one month ago. Nothing has been confirmed about George Bennett as far as I know. In a recent interview Guercilena said Bennett was in negotiations with Cannondale

It's the team where Rob Peeters the cyclocrossers will ride for so they will have a road and cyclocross team.
Cyclocross team : Rob Peeters, Joeri Adams, Jens Adams, + Yannick Peeters
Road team : Kevin Hulsmans, Rob Ruijgh, Kevin Peeters, they have a budget for 15 riders....
I thought Hulsmans was going to Wanty - Groupe Gobert???
DS : Johan Verstrepen

Michele said:Latest for this year from Beppe Conti;
-Scarponi and Samuel Sanchez have an offer from Scinto and Citracca for their new Pro Conti team
-Horner has an offer from Guercilena, but the contract would be much less than the actual one even after his Vuelta victory
-Simoni Ponzi is without team but could end up at Saxo
-Basso didnt conclude the deal with Astana, and he's waiting for Riis to confirm the 2nd big sponsor from Danmark
