I was literally thinking about how nice it would be for them to be together today while watching the descent today. They would work together better than AC and Sagan would. That's for sure. I say that given their ability to rider descents well more than anything.

Edit:

Rider agent Giovanni Lombardi has confirmed to @Cyclingnewsfeed that @petosagan will not join @AstanaTeam in 2015....

Well that rumour didn't last long

At one point today I thought Mick Rogers was already working for his future teammate and then he failed to chase Gallo-Pain. At that point I was questioning Sagan joining Saxo.

Edit: therefore I wouldnt be surprised if Sagan was moving over to Garmin ... but again the Tinkov deal was supposedly already a done deal

Care to explain for the linguistically challenged?

In the first one (yesterday) he says (from about 3:45 mark) he's been rumoured to be at Bmc, the Alonso-team and now Tinkoff but he'll spring a surprise next year.

In the second one he gets asked if he will be at Astana next year. Sagan askes who said that, reporter says credible source and Sagan replies: 'Ah, we'll see next year'.

Mollema to Trek

Well it is all but confirmed right? I like the move, its what TFR needs. Sure he isn't the exciting attacker many of you (including me) love, but he is consistent.

Dream Transfer list: Degenkold, Dombrowski, Boswell.

Also, please say it isn't so that Sagan is going to Tinkoff. I would hate to see him on a Specialized. Such a horrible company

Specialized S-Works are the best bikes in the game, bar none. I guess they're "horrible" because your broke *** can't afford one. Get better.

Lombardi was telling the truth. Sagan is reportedly very close to signing a deal with Tinkoff. It's all but official.

It does. Sky biggest European market after UK, is surprise suprise - Italy. At least in cycling.

Irl Sky Germany is probably bigger market than Italy, no 100% sure. Anyhow, there is a big link between Sky and Sky Italia so that ends the point.

DB always wanted a Italian GC rider for Giro. He signed Cataldo and well that plan failed.

RR brought up the Martinelli and son to Sky in the Sky thread in the clinic. So, posts moved there.

The Aru to Sky rumor, I don't believe this for a second.

Don't think so. Martinelli sr was the boss of Pantani, the exact opposite to what the SKY GT riders are.

Don't think Brailsfraud will like those crazy long range attacks.

Thoughts?
