Any idea what the rest of Andy's year will look like Christian? I assume he will wait until his injury is fully healed, but Trek wanting to wait and see how it develops makes me wonder if they might want to send him the Vuelta or other races to test his...usefulness a bit.

Got to admit, Frank (or both of them) to Tinkoff intrigues me.

My guess is that he will not race again this season. If I understood correctly and he really ruptured his cruciate ligament, that is usually a reconvalescence of 6-8 months (German: "Kreuzbandriss", very common injury among european football players). Add to that damage to the meniscus and cartilage, and we may be looking at an even longer time off the bike.

Plus he made the mistake before of racing too early when he was not fully healed yet, and it did him more harm than good

That's too bad, hope he doesn't push it to heal to fast though. Hopefully either Trek will stick by him and support him, or another team will offer him a chance if they don't.

Frank still has some legs but unfortunately he is very inconsistent and not young either so there is no real future for him other than being an average domestique.

Andy is done! And even though I wish I was wrong I dont think there is a room for him on any WT team. Maybe he should try racing in the US with one of the American teams to be in a different environment and build some confidence.

As per returning to Tinkov? I think Oleg is building a world class team and therefore there is no room for any of them.

TS is looking for helpers in the high mountains so they could fit in but I doubt they would sacrifice all personal ambition.

Andy to Tinkoff seems to be a pretty good idea, assuming that he doesn't mind aiming the Giro GC whenever Contador's aiming for le Tour.

This isn't 2011 anymore though. Andy has fallen so far and will never return. He appears to be low-end dom. at best now.

He may return if the planets align and he sets his mind to become what he once was. The talent and physical capacity is there, what he lacks is motivation.

I think the end has come for Andy. Didn't Papi Schleck say a few weeks ago that his sons should still be paid top $$$$ and be on a WT team, I can't see any WT team that will pay him $$$$.

I hazard a guess at Bretagne Seche then, who were barely seen though there. However Feillu still somehow managed GC place. He was the Top 20's Zubeldia.

With the silly season upon us, which team needs what and who is available?
I think Sky is more or less set, but a more reliable number 2 might be in order. Saxo and Saxo looking for bolstering in classics, OPQS looking for a little more GC strength, but i think with Evans and Hushovd's contracts ending BMC have money and may look to throw it around. I can't believe they aren't at the top of Sagan's list. Quinziato, Oss, Schar, Van Avermaet and Burghardt is one hell of a classics team, but maybe they want to keep Van Avermaet happy which will be far cheaper. Belkin may have trouble holding all their stars, but we'll see. Trek aiming at Mollema, there are plenty of classics domestiques available, they should be looking at picking up a few, Devolder just isn't enough for a classics oriented team.

Some big names I think are up for grabs, though deals may already have been done and I may have missed them re-signing Terpstra, Van Marke, Sagan, Betancur, Pozzovivo, Scarponi, Aru, Mollema, Gesink, Kelderman, Bouhanni, Vichot, Van Den Broeck, Sanchez, Evans, De Gendt, Bakelants, Poels, both Schlecks, Kiserlovski, Wiggins, Navarro, Duarte, Konig, and Horner.
We've already heard news regarding some such as Bouhanni, Mollema, and Wiggins, though i don't think even Wiggins is confirmed. I'd expect to be hearing about a number of other extensions soon, like the OPQS guys and Van Marcke. However there is still potential for a number of big moves. Interested to see who wants to take on fats Betancur and Horner.
Any other big names missed, or guys already signed I listed?

EBH to Tinkoff Saxo according to Norway TV

Also heard Roche could be leaving TCS...

EBH to Tinkov ... Maybe that is what Oleg meant when he said that next year they will be going after yellow and green jersey.

... therefore Sagan to Garmin or Trek or BMC or Astana ... or Bora :D

I think you're on to something there! EBH is one of the select few that can contend Sagan for green if you let him(of course Sky worked him like a dog) I miss the EBH of 2011-12. A change of teams for him and a strong Kristoff can both rival for green next year and Coquard and his sprint train will be even stronger.

Both makes sense. EBH would strengthen the calssic team big time and would furthermore be a great helper in the Tour.

When Roche joined TS he and Riis both stated from the beginning that the goal was that Roche would learn for 2 years and then go to a team where he could be captain again.

Really?

Citation required!

My understanding was always that Roche realised his limitations as a GT rider and was going to be content as a super-domestique with the option of leadership for week long stage races.
