These guys could surely still function well in a WT team next year.
Von Hoff as well, decent enough sprinter, or a leadout man. Dave Tanner is a pretty good rider as well, I'm not sure why LottoNL are letting him go as he's a lot better than a few riders they're keeping on.

Looks strong enough to support a Pink jersey defense even from early in the race.

Only question: can Viviani deliver without a "lead" out pal? Not talking about a train, but I think one rider could be useful in placing the Italian in the flat finales.

For that purpose I swapped Knees out for Stannard.

Freddie Kessiakoff - always a rider that impressed me, ex mtbiker, won a mountain time trial in the Vuelta a couple of years ago and narrowly lost out to Voeckler in the KOM jersey also. - I'd have him in my team but age may be a factor.

Maybe he could go to Europcar? They still have a lot of space.

This might be random, but how well could a guy like Horner do in the Ardennes? Could he lead a team like.. eh.. Europcar there?

I doubt he has the explosiveness required to contend in any of the Ardennes classics. - He needs longer, more consistent and grinding climbs (as far as I have seen anyways). Though - I'll admit - my knowledge about his riding charasteristics doesn't go much further back than to last year's Vuelta, so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

lol, it would be hilarious with Horner as LBL winner next year.
ASO will love it.

Imo he has a nice punch, not like Valverde, but better than.. let's say Nibali. He was in the top 10 in all the Ardennes classics in 2010. He could do well in Fleche in particular.

What's the situation with Fernando Gaviria? I remember him from Avenir, up there with the best sprinters in couple of stages.

and up there in the wc u23 in finallap he countered that norwegian winner but was caught in final metres. he should stay in colombia part of the track team as well

Gazzetta reported that Oscar Gatto is near to Androni. It would be a very good signing for Savio's team.

I thought Venezuela is about to sponsor Neri Sottoli instead of Androni next year?
And Gatto was linked to CCC and Vini Fantini before, wasn't he?

Anyway is it officially confirmed?

Gazzetta reported that Gatto has signed a two year deal, but it's not official by now, while Gavazzi is near to Neri-Sottoli.

Yes I read Venezuela is set to sponsor Neri-Sottoli but nothing is yet official.
On the 30th of october Androni-Giocattoli will hold a press conference with presentation of team and sponsors, so in two days we will know something more. They will switch bikes from Bianchi to Kuota and they found a new sponsor on the italian Raceone, producer of bottlecages and bottle systems.
