I think I've read they are going to have lesser budget for 2016, so I guess they're not going to sign as big names as those, who left.

If these are true then for the love of god, surely Tinkoff must make an offer for Oss. Ideal helper for Sagan on the bike, and they seem to get on pretty well off the bike too, as ex Liquigas teammates.

Really? A guy who has won two monuments in the last three years (and should have won a third), a guy who is probably the most promising young sprint talent in the world and a guy who is a very promising all rounder? Would I prefer Cavendish and co on a team I was running next year, well yes, but only if budget isn't an issue. If the budget is being reduced, that's pretty good transfer manouevering.
