So it only took you 2 hours to post two completely contradicting 'rumours' here. So are Sky signing Martin or not?

I actually think Dan Martin may leave Cannondale.

I can't imagine they can keep all of: Talansky, Martin, Hesjedal, Navardauskas, Langeveld, Slagter, Formolo and recently better and better Dombrowski with their budget (and they still have Moser for 2016 signed perhaps on a quite high deal when he was considered a hot prospect), Someone has to leave, perhaps. Talansky, Navardauskas and Dombrowski already have deals for 2016. Hesjedal's great Giro performance has come at the right time for him. He can ask more money now than he would be able to get after troubled 2013 and solid but unspectacular 2014.

With that many up and coming talents and limited budget, they need to chose their priorities. Or get a richer co-sponsor. I think after 2014 Dauphine it has been decided that Talansky is their main man and the team will be built around him. Dan Martin surely can enjoy a very strong support for hilly terrain in Cannondale's current roster, but maybe he may find a better deal elsewhere. I think Sky is not that unreasonable.

People can change jobs Piet!! Perhaps this guys uncle was a mechanic whilst he was finishing Medical School and then after being a Doctor for a while decided he liked being a mechanic more. :D

Lol thats the biggest joke ever, Juul would never go to Sky
And why the hell would they buy Langeveld when they already have a good team for the classics? I'm not sure Thomas and Stannard would be happy to share the captain role with him.

I heard rumours about D Martin going to Etixx, would be a nice move I think he would finally have some team mates that could keep him in front, maybe he would crash a little less there.

I sometimes read Earle's twitter, he does not seem so chuffed about riding in a WT team. I don't know, meybe team bonding, maybe discovering how fast the big guns go etc.

It would be a little bit surprising because they have Alaphilippe who could be the new Valverde if he confirms his incredible performance of this season.

Ye if Martin would go there they do have to keep them both happy but having two good guys for the hilly classics aint to bad. Martin could go in the finale and Alaphilippe can wait for the sprint. With Kwiatkowski likely going I can see them go for Martin.

People dont like statements without sources. ;)

You have Ryo quoted on your sig, ILC.
So what? :p
It has nothing to do with ryo or sources, I just believe that quote.
do you beleive that quintana is better climber than contador? better since pantani?
Yes, we'll see in a month if I talk bs or not ;)
Nobody will probably outclimb Pantani.

edit: Doesnt mean he will be better GT rider, AC is exceptional GT rider one of the best ever, and also more interesting cyclist for me.
