It is an interesting signing for MTN concerning Cavendish and co.
It will certainly enhance their chances of a World Tour licence for 2016 and obviously sponsors will be running to sign up with the team in some way for 2016.
The one obviously that stands out is the Team Bikes they are riding Cevelo Bikes at the moment and Cavendish really loves riding Specialized and he also has a sponsor contract with them as well so I wonder what will happen regarding this, and of course Oakley Glasses that Cavendish wears as well.

I wonder if either Pate or Sitsov will join their former HTC teammates Eisel, Renshaw, Cavendish, Brammeier and Goss at MTN. A Velits and Tony Martin are the only ones left at Etixx.

Does Cav have three years in his legs? i doubt it, maybe one at most. so the has-beens are off to MTN on a 3 year deal each. Only time will tell whether it was worth it. May be Team Dimension Data on the kit but behind close doors more like Team Cavendish. surprised farrar got another year.

Given that he constantly moans about equipment and refused to ride Spec's newest bike (which was pretty much made just for him), "loves" might be an overstatement. He does cash their checks.

Oakley is already on board with MTN correct?

Pate looks to be heading back to the US. I'd guess either UHC or one of the larger US Conti teams.

I posed the bike Q in the Cav thread. He might really like his Cervelo rig, but he is known to be picky. e' has time to mod their bikes by February if needed.

Anyone know much about this Roth-Skoda project ?
Looking at 2015 season they look like a young swizz team going pro for next season don't know much about riders.

According to PCS, ActiveJet, Roth-Skoda and ONE Pro will be PCT next year, but they don't have Colombia as being a PCT team. Are they waiting to have their licence renewed or are they stepping down a level?

Please excuse me if I am being ignorant and have missed something about this earlier in the thread :)

Bole wants to leave, hasn't signed anywhere yet though. There were rumors about him returning to Nippo, but I doubt it's true, last winter he was very outspoken about their lack of good riders and money,
