Explains the Richeze signing him, Sabatini, Jungels Martin would be a great leadout.

I thought Richeze was the main guy for Gaviria?! I think the Italians Trentin and Sabatini will be the leadout for Kittel.

Is Saba fast enough?

Trentin would be a great last leadout man as he is fast and does long sprints (also sprints in one line).

Kinda sucks at lead outs though

Assuming it happens, I don't like that transfer at all. I have nothing against Kittel, and he's certainly the fastest in the world when on form, but Gaviria seems like he could immediately jump in and battle against the top guys and also seems like a rider that would fit in better with Etixx's style of racing. Obviously he'll still have his chances but this could stifle his growth a bit, imo.

Well he'll be focusing on the track in 2016 anyway.

This is a valid point imo. On top of this Kittel has always done very well with his Giant lead out, exposing himself in just the last couple K. He will not have the same support with Etixx. Their trains aren't as good as Giant's and Lotto's. Does anyone know if he's bringing anyone along with him?

Etixx already have 27 riders with contract for 2016, 28 if we count with Richeze, so my guess is no, with Kittel they will be 29.

Yea! Gaviria most likely not riding the Tour and Vuelta next year. And Gaviria mentioned he wants to try the classics. So, probably in the future, Gaviria won't be riding more than one grand tour and focus more on Paris Roubaix instead.

So any news what's happening at Giant-Alpecin? they've had a very successful year with Degenkolb and Dumoulin but it looks like they're going to lose Kittel and already lost Craddock and Mezgec (any others?), but have they got anyone in? Ten Dam was rumoured I think, any others to spend some of the skittel cash on? any Germans or maybe back to Dutch roots with someone like GVA?_?

I think Søren Kragh Andersen is confirmed?
Apart from that I would assume that Ciolek should be a perfect fit. As far as i know he has no contract with MTN/Dimension Data for next year, and he could be a good help for Degenkolb in the early classics.

Sam Oomen from Rabobank was also in negotiation.

And probably heading there, since Arthur van Dongen, his DS at Rabo CT, is becoming DS at Giant-Shimano from next year on.
