EBH renews with Dimension Data until the end of 2018.
Thunder Thor is sad :(

In the Norwegian news, EBH said he had been delaying his contract renewal waiting for something from the rumoured new Norwegian team, but as there's been no news on the team and no contact from Thor, he wouldn't wait anymore and signed with DD.

Could be last chance for Gilbert to lead in cobbled classics and actually get a result next year in Astana. He's not getting younger and he's definitely far away from his 2011 shape but still could be a factor and I would like to see him on cobbles once more.

Gilbert to Astana is a winning move! Good enough team (Westra, De Vreese, De Plus, etc.) around him to co-lead the cobbled classics with Lutsenko and they gonna ride all the Italian fall classics Big Phil is still a favorite for!

His friendship with Vino certainly delivers him a big paycheck and the honor to train properly!

Hopefully it's true!

1. Laurens De Plus is more of a climber.
2. He rides for Etixx and has a contract for 2017/2018 with them.
3. I've never heard Astana signed any other rider called De Plus.

Lampre be serious, if by some miracle it happens he'll bring riders and Costa, Meintjes and Niemiec would be good domestiques.
Better than what he has currently  I seem to recall jens_attacks mentioning on Twitter that Lampre do in fact have a big enough budget?
As I've said before, Alberto in Lampre fuchsia would be a dream for me. This rumor is the first step :)

Vasseur says rumours are Gilbert is punished by BMC because not resigning. So no Tour and only little races.

Like all big champions, Alberto should retire at [or near] the top.

Big champions should retire on their own terms.

Fairly certain that Matthews will be out of OGE - Rift between rider and team.

Sky have been mentioned. With that classics team at his disposal he'd probably just have to stay upright to win MSR.
