If you discount Kreuziger and his "I'm awesome and everyone else sucks. I refuse to work for others" outbursts, I'd say everyone else has gotten along well so far

Then again, with Bennati on the squad, after the stunts he pulled at Lampre, I'd be weary of squad harmony too. Perhaps you're on to something here.

I saw that. Sportwereld.nl (AD) has revamped their website and the 2 are now indistinguishable. I don't know if it's true though, especially because it's not (yet) on HLN and it's somewhere in the middle of sportwereld.nl... If it was big news, it should have made at least a head line.

Astana have major problems finding the money to pay for the 2010 ProTour license.

As such they are letting Contador leave for a much smaller break of contract fee than they previously were asking for.

Basically he won't stay there under any circumstances.

1 race a year for the salary he no doubt commands is pretty awful

As for the clean comment, you can't guarantee any currently riding cyclist is clean or that any is doping, so that's completely irrelevant
And if it were relevant, it would not be a discussion for this forum

You know, I have to agree with that. The guy is a beast and even when marked, can still pull off the win and hammer everyone into the ground doing it. I am a big fan.

The thing that so awesome about him is that he always seem to deliver. If he's in a break with other riders he'l almost always the one that takes the sprint. Normally when you see a break it's quite clear who the best sprinter ought to be but so does everyone else so they get watched and outmaneuvered but that happens very rarely with EBH.

The only one that is equally consistent is Cavendish who does get helped by his lead out alot but still perfoms very consistently when it's time for him to start his sprint.

Cummings isn't Hincapie or Popovych, he has never been part of the Bruyneel-Armstrong entourage. If you're not capable of making such distinctions, then why aren't you mentioning the Columbia riders? The guy who has been with Bjarne Riis for six years? The Rabobank guy? The Liquigas guy, an ex-teammate of Di Luca and Paolini? The Cervelo guys (because, let's face it, Bjarne Riis' team used to ride Cervelos)?
