2 guys in a break getting 10 minutes is 20 minutes. Ineos for example lost 4 minutes over the Galibier. Don't get me wrong, I think UAE are favorites, but it's not over.
And Ineos lost even more time today while UAE gained it on everyone. Only way UAE is being beat is if a team can pull off two or more riders in the breakaway on multiple stages and they finish ahead. Otherwise UAE has 3 riders that will do better than 3 riders of another team on those stages and gain big time back. The other big teams only have 1 or 2 riders Not to mention they have their own riders that can go in the breakaway and extend the lead. The big danger stage to lose a lot of time on is stage 9 since Pogacar might be their only one finishing same time or gaining while the others lose it.

Following this sport for years also playin PCM, and didnt know this. Thanks ahah

So the yellow headthing is because they are the the first on team gc and not because of Pogacar GC, didnt know that (again), is that a common thing or has always been like this?
Per Wiki
“ Between 1952 and 1990, the team classification leaders could be recognized by yellow caps, until helmets became mandatory.[5][6] Since 2006 the best team has worn black on yellow back numbers.[3][6] Beginning in 2012 the best team was awarded the right, but not the obligation, to wear yellow helmets.[7][8]”
