Yes, because the PCS database is lacking. For instance, it's missing Criterium d'Abruzzo, which was a 1.4 race, which is the equivalent of 1.1 today.

Edit: the race is in the database, but it's just straight up missing the results of 1997.

I’m also not sure about that Luk Challenge Crono, which seems to be some kind of pair time trial. Was that really a professional race?

Right now Hirschi winning the 4 races he is about to start (except for Lombardia) is about as likely as Pogacar winning Tre Vali and Lombardia.
