You can do all you want but it simply isn't a win for the WT team. The rules are clear.

Wrong, Rwanda is a UCI-race. Since when are Latour (Total Energies), winner of a stage, Froome etc members of a devo team. Israel Premier Tech, Total Energies, Bingoal, Groupama...
Proteams, continental teams, national teams in one race.
