I've been watching on Discovery Plus, and the first ad break of the race came just before Pidcock's mechanical. Learnt about it by reading on here. When did I start getting ad breaks on a paid service?

When selecting your Disco+ feed, check whether it is marked as a EuroSport challenge: if there is one that is not, then that will be ad-free (I think). Best accessed via the list of sports rather than directly from the Paris 2024 menu.

Pidcock has made up some positions but not gained any time back on Koretzky since he got going again.

You always have a less moment after the adrenaline rushes of after the standstill. He’s coming closer now. He knows it’s a long race, he can maybe see him again in some parts and gain more confidence from it.

PIdcock exceptional pace, don't know if he can keep this up

During the world championships in Les Gets a few years ago he started in terrible position and tried racing to #1 position from the get go whilst battling an illness. He blew up and parked himself to a tree a few times. I think he learned a lot from that, taking a lot more time to come back now.

Maybe not - Koretzky matched Pidcock’s attack pretty well there
