Groenewegen is the best sprinter but Ulissi probably the GC favourite ahead of PlappAstana gonna smash The Tour of Hellas.
I think they will only do Dauphiné and the Tour of WT Stage races for the rest of the season (maybe BingoBongoBeNeLuxRenewi Tour) and there should be plenty of one day races and smaller stage races where good GC results are realistic (Tour of Norway, Tour of Belgium, Artic Race, Denmark, maybe Deutschland Tour and Cro Race etc). Good scheduling!Really starting to believe in UNO X... Their scheduling has been pretty perfect for a team without a devo. Almost no WT stage races (I'm assuming they have not applied for WCs) and "abusing" the coupe de france races, well they are just better and maybe even more important smarter then any other team there.
Astana should send their A-team to the Coupe de France races just like at the start of the season. Al those 1.1 races get them more points then the 2.1 stage races.
Next week also a strong Astana squad in Hainan with Gate, Malucelli and Henok. 200 points for the winner of the 2.PRO race and 20 per stage. 2 riders in the top 5 should be possible and a few stages.
Also a few Spanish and Italian PCT their to save their 30th place. Wildcards 2026 should be simple when Caja Rural/Euskaltel/Solution Tech/Polti are not in the top 30.
Peloton might still eat him up.Ballerini will get a few points in Flanders
In total for Ronde + Greece:Astana 185 points in Greece, 245 points in Flanders
I'd love it if (B)DSM gets relegated, far more than who of Cofidis and Uno-X makes it to the WT. Then I just need Poole and Onley to be rescued afterwards.
Probably because of all the stories from ex-riders, the drama surrounding transfers and the fact that they run their team like Mugabe ruled Zimbabwewhy this dislike for Giant-Sunweb-DSM-PicNic?

Could be the case, or it could be that nobody has fallen out with management in the past two years and perception has changed.Don't get me wrong. I agree, out of all these teams I think PicNic deserves it the most for being an obnoxious weird team and also their arrogant way of handling the relegation battle, but from what I've heard it's significantly better there nowadays.
Full points last week:Update after Today: intermarche this week now at 291, UnoX 220, Cofidis 153, Astana 96, picnic 105. Astana will probably get 185 tomorrow , which would bring them to 281 ahead of Ronde (with 10 more points possible if Ulissi manages to get 3 bonus seconds. There are 3 Bonus sprints at the road, one after a few kilometers. Astana should try to use them
Malucelli wins the first stageAstana gonna smash The Tour of Hainan.
if UCI was counting all the 30 riders, then Astana would have around 300 more points, so picnic postnl (dsm) is even lucky...Malucelli wins the first stage
