From what I do know Michael Ball is up the creek and Lance is looking good. . This forum is full of media puppets.

the media have pretty much given uniballer a free ride and left the accusations of his doping pass without comment or investigation while they fawned and praised his miraculous performances and perpetuated his myth.

If that's the case, then what you know is less than what's publicly available on the case, which means you either have reading comprehension deficits or are willfully ignoring the evidence as we know it.

Given the motive of pro-lace posters on this forum, it's probably the latter.

I know less in your mind because you are exactly what I said - a media puppet. Exactly my point - thanks for stepping up and giving an example to the forum.

Interesting that you'd call him this, being that the media only "swung" in this direction about 6-8 weeks ago. What was he to be known as before then?

Take some comfort in that the paid shills that come on here may very well go home at the end of the day, eat dinner with their girlfriend and talk about what a douchebag they're performing their billable hours for. They're just paid mercenaries. Next week, they might be trying to pump-up the narrative on some wannabe-Senator from Alabama or something.

Armstrong case (still) moving forward

Though most of this article is all about the success of the Armstrong lobbying effort (I trust someone will investigate Mr. Kingston's campaign contributions), there was at least one interesting tidbit:

the Armstrong case is moving forward, with witnesses having been interviewed as recently as this past week.

Golly, does that mean that there is more than one witness?

As for Kinston's plea, can I offer a suggested edit:

“But you’re really going after somebody whose name is synonymous with <edit> cancer.”

Much better.

Of course, Kingston's latest campaign was against alleged 'homo-erotic art' at the Smithsonian. Has he seen pictures of Lance & Matthew?

And, if he is so concerned about health, why was he one of the few members to vote against the 9/11 Health and Compensation Act?

Not like the heroes of 9/11, and the victims of this terrorist act, need to have medical benefits. Probably none of them are even aware of cancer.

Dave.

It's true, Dave. Not only do I sometimes resort to ad hominem attacks, I'm also a turncoat. I'll be revealing my pro-Armstrong strategy shortly. Now that I'm on the other side, I realize how long it takes to build so many strawmen.

thats life mimicking art Dave you dummy. When Matthew and Prance are told they are not allowed to mimick said art, they will merely photograph each other naked in poses of Greek gods.

The paid shills?

Somebody actually pays people money to post stuff on this forum? You gotta be kidding me! This is something that you really should back up with proof. If you can, I'd be really interested.

Who, specifically, was (or is) a paid shill? How do you know the person is a shill? How do you know the person is paid?

Methinks you're talking out of your donkey.

I doubt anyone is paid to post here. We did have some rather absurd posters a while back but in the end they did much more harm then good as the participants here were far too knowledgeable and they easily took apart the talking points.

If you want comedy i suggest the comments section of any Armstrong story. The same talking points appear within minutes of the story going up.

This tread has much more about the topic, with some recent updates on how common it is for any entity trying to shape public opinion not just Armstrong.

Does anyone know what is to become of the so-called Lance peepee?

Will it be sent back to France?

I think it should be auctioned off to raise funds for Livestrong.
Break it down into 50-60 mini-samples maybe?

P you are just trying so hard to stir something up somewhere aren't you?

Save the pee concern for later when all the investigation comes to fruition.
Then maybe you will find out all the answers you seek.

I have been holding my concerns.
Very patient fellow.
But can't hold it any longer.
My eyes are crossing.

Anyway, I think fruition time has come and gone, and the pee is not getting any younger. 13 year old pee. Almost as old as the Livestrong Foundation itself at 15 years. It might have a shelf life.

Auction it off for charity.
It's time.

There's your answer! :D
You can buy it for your favorite charity.
Preserve it in a trophy case in LiveStrong's hallway for all to see and enjoy.

No. Polish will gargle with it every morning, and instead of spitting it into the sink he'll swallow it.

No, I would not gargle with it.
But it does not matter, I would get outbid by Bobby Brown anyway.

What response do you expect for Polish's trolling?

It's perfectly fine for Polish to destroy threads but if someone calls him on it, well that's over the line.

ok, if you want to talk about the moderating then there in the thread for that(in the about the forum section, or whatever it is called), but polish most certainly gets in trouble when he is up to no good...

but everyone has to leave out the insults and crudeness here or I will start deleting stuff.

Now that the FDA has submitted some letters rogatory to the AFLD to obtain "Lance" urine, how about we focus in on what they will be doing with it.

Depending on how much whizz remains ( A/B or just B samples) this will decide what can be done. Science types who can speak to how much volume "might" remain, how much volume is necessary per test, would be much appreciated.

My thoughts:

1. CIR all samples - recall, they don't need an adverse T/E to jump to this test.

2. EPO test

3. CERA test (if this is not part of the EPO test)

4. Plasticizer test - cross-checking against "alleged" transfusion dates seems the likely way to go.

5. DNA test - gotta be sure it is "his" whizz...

More?

I realize Colm.Murphy has been gone for over a year now, so I will toss this question out to anyone who may have the latest poop on Lance's pee.

Do you think the USADA will be able to get their hands on the pee and do the tests that Colm was suggesting way back when? Seems the pee is not part of GJ testimony. It used to belong to Mr Bordry.

Anyway, any news on the USADA and the "no stones left unturned" case?
Anyone? Any leaks? Any news dribbling out at all?
