Glashaus, you know? Just remind you of your nonsense in the NFL-Thread, not to mention the rest of your BS and hard to understand posts. Yo, better leave germany. A shame to come from the same country as you. I know you like insults, so eat this one. :p

Actually there is a huge difference in behavior, style and intention between someone just posting his personal experience with this years superduperball (and, like you perhaps noticed, your freaky reaction wasn't even worth answering for me), and between someone going full *** on a recently died person that isn't even cold + going full *** on Lance all over the internet, in a manner that should even be embarrassing for the biggest haterhogs.
Actually there's a whole world seperating us, when it comes to decency and making sense.

The only thing I would eat, would actually be your brain. What a shame that it doesn't even fill a hollow tooth, and because of this not really worth the whole procedure.
No doubt, you and us wouldn't even notice a difference.

Sports Illustrated article is back in the pipeline my sources tell me..... More to come indeed.

Oh wow.
Now that YOU, a real trustful source, says it.
I really thought there were no real news when reading up last 1000-2000 pages, but those pipelines announcements always give me some hopes.

This article, sure it will put everything else in the shade.

Hope those real dirty details often announced by you won't be censored out again. That would really be a shame.

Selena Roberts has safety valves built into her stories about Armstrong. Private jets are somehow tied to doping. She includes Pelota tweets not because of the source or substance,no included because the ball reference hits with her audience. She wrote about the inner office workings at the prosecutors office what they were thinking and doing. Wow did she miss, her signed, sealed and delivered was instead lost in the mail.

The prosecutors office probably looked at the witness list and some trumped up charges and walked from another Bonds-like loser. Now Armstrong's reputation will be handed to the level right above The People's Court or Judge Judy. It has been tossed around about a possible reversal of the SCA ruling.Another note, an official court and a payment to Armstrong, interest and legal fees included.

I hope the new SI article is filled with tasty fresh facts, like who dislikes Armstrong forget the real math again. Leave out the people who obviously do like him and speak with their checkbooks. Mike Anderson's human weight value may again stand up to Sports Illustrated's standards.

Selena was right about some Bonds facts. Her theory was spot on,only wrong case. This time the prosecutor looked at his lot, witnesses, time spent and available personal and walked away before doing a repeat or worse than the Bonds blow out.

Now that Lance's dismissal includes 80's band references maybe The Stranglers? or Dead Milkmen

"Hero Worship" by Edgar Allan Poe. A good read for you.

"No hero-worshipper can possess anything within himself."

Jeez, I wonder what Poe thought about the apologists for the hero-worshippers?

Maybe you and Edgar didn't get the memo.Even with a 10000 pound gorilla in the room Armstrong is marching on.still got beer ads.Still signed a contracts to promote races. recently went on national TV to be the pitchman for 1 dollar a pack tax on smokes in California. He shook glad hands with lots of people. He has backing from 3 or 4 huge anti smoking orgs that wanted to use him as the pitchman.
The cloudy half full glass that you are looking at Armstrong through may need a bit of financial filtering. The guy is still making money. If you contact CN maybe they will tell you what subject other than Babes On Bikes has every got them as many page views. Armstrong's financial impact on cycling is hardly over,by a long shot. I ma not apologizing for him making cash,I ma just like you..super fvcking surprised !! only I look at it as the subject is doing all this with an army of interwebblog bombers trying to blow him up at every turn. The guy is like a roach he is impossible to kill

Well not really. Armstrong (Livestrong) donated 1.5 million to the cigarette tax lobby. A political donation of sorts. They didn’t ask him he bought his way in. Some may say 1.5m to get a seat at the table is high especially when its donated “awareness” money.

Secondly Micolob have dropped him from the ad campaign. Yes he’s still on contract but no longer appears.

As per Ironman. He bought his way into the franchise.

Finally cycling doesn’t want him. Even the UCI have told him to back away and cool off. He’s toxic for the sport. Every time he comes near it out come all the old allegations.

The guy aint doing so well. It’s been a massive come down for him. Letterman/Vanity Fair to suburban triathlons. How times have changed.

Like most implosions they never happen after the main explosion. Takes a few months for the dams to break.

Hog I want to be clear.Having your case completely dropped by the feds w GJ testimony is lower than a yet to have hearing by a sports dug court? The reverb you are speaking of is going to hit...let me guess on a Tuesday. He has been cleared by the higher authority. Good luck WADA. When he files a harassment motion it will get attention.

Lance could have avoided all of this had he had beer or coffee sit downs with Lemond. Greg's support of Flandis in my opinion kept his views alive.Landis wo Lemond was just a doper, pothead also living in a shack out in the country.

I wish you had taken on the page views or tinyweb TV shows. Without Lance as the main or part of the interview how many people are watching Landis or Hamilton interviews. I look to Betsy as a good measure, nice woman, devoted wife and mother but not to many people looking to hear anything she says unless it's about Lance. He is the hub, positive or neg without him all these people and their opinions evaporate, web activity tie with National Cycling League members for the LA and Pittsburgh teams.

Have you seen the latest interviews w Armstrong's accusers? If the hosts computer counts there was less than 20 people watching. Trying to downplay why Armstrong is on TV is ok I get it but he is still on and getting good press..even if it's purchased.

the harder they fall....

This is why it's virtually assured that Armstrong will be ground into dust by the likes of SI and CBS News.

If Scott Pelley has time to grind Lance while trying to save himself, that will be a trick. If SI is doing the grinding the dust will be from LA's fingernails.

If CBS news ,even a lesser reporter takes up this story once again they will have to really, really reach. Many here have made the reach that Armstrong has the ear or wallet of some upper government crust. Absurd given the amount of money he doesn't have and his influence is very limited after his bike race against cancer was over. He is farther and farther in everybody's political review mirror.

I hope your post will be included in Lance's appeal to the court that he is be harassed. Ground to dust? Because he.? What did he do? not what he stands for or what it looks like he did. Novitzky and his boss know better than anybody. Jeff back at work and not many additional comments coming from federal pros office.

When the case was dropped all the hope fell out of Landis' life. I wait daily for his wikipedia page update. Lance's is full of battles engaged and won. Landis not so much. I am still thinking of him hearing the news. Did he find out from Novitzky before it happened? The vision is beautiful. I hope he was driving his XBOX nascar simulator and had just cleared another bowl of purple haze..just in that hold it in phase...gasp

More comments are coming because of what Armstrong has done.

You guys are funny. Armstrong is a global icon with tons of powerful friends but he's in the rearview mirror and being picked on.

No one is thinking about him anymore and at the same time he's still hugely popular, especially with the people who write checks.

Which is it?

I'll go with the still popular and this is why CBS and SI will go after him. Because there is still a gigantic story of hypocrisy which Armstrong has upped the ante on.

The greatest fraud in sports history! Congrats Wonderboy!

I think you missed my point.

Regardless if Floyd, Tyler or anyone else end up in a toilet bowl is beside the point – there are no winners in this battle.

But Armstrong can’t show his face in public. Outside his very own sponsored events he is shamed.

Pre-Floyd Armstrong could pick and choose his interviews and bash away any talk of doping. He used to love recounting all his Tour success stories about monk like preparation, laser like focus and Bruyneel master tactics. Most of all he loved beating up on the doubters and haters.

Now the first question in any interview is doping – he can’t answer that question anymore. He can’t say he didn’t, he can’t slam Floyd or anyone else for the accusations which makes him look guilty as sin.

This thing is going to hang over him for a long time. For a man who so proudly stood on the platform of clean victories and living now can’t even look people in the eye and tell the truth says a lot about the person.

Sure he may not die broke but he’ll die shamed. Problem most of you guys are judging him by his wealth. That’s hardly the measure of a man. We all know that - the last 4 years in the US have shown us that money doesn’t mean an awful lot to a person’s wellbeing and how they are viewed by society.

Go ask Richard Fuld or Clive Goodwin.

Most people do not care about a retired Lance, neither would they care about some insufficient stuff that is considered as significant and devasting by some clinicians or Lance-hunting internetwarriors.

Face it. It's over. You lost. No excused needed. Makes you a bad loser.

Looking forward to the episode when WADA calls Floyd to the CAS witness stand. The big joker in backhand.

Man, that would be really embarrassing. But entertaining, like those reality-resistent clinicians.
btw, whats your part ?
Did the Grand Jury and its president Polish even consider you as worth beeing included in that movie ?
The spots for Baghdad-Bob and for the Black Knight have already been assigned.

until the truth comes out. Period.

Of course Armstrong can't look people in the eye and tell the truth. He looks them in the eye, lies, and a lot of people lap it up.

That is why this story will keep on and on and on. Because Armstrong is shameless and will not recede into the background and his insistence on putting himself in the spotlight is going to really start costing significant sums.

When he shows up in Kona all these corporate idolaters will still be eating from his hands which will force the news to expose him, that is if they still do their jobs.

We'll still have the apologists here making all kinds of idiotic arguments in the face of absolute certainty of Armstrong's guilt.

Because he won't back down one inch, he's going to be completely ruined.

So I took some heat last week for communicating my impressions of the potential witness list. I spoke about how I felt certain "big witnesses" would be perceived by a jury. In particular, I took heat for how I felt Frank and Betsy would be perceived by a jury. I said that Betsy has talked "a lot", and some folks took that as "She talks too much" (as if I think she should go be a good, obedient wife and stop commenting on this "man" stuff).

I need to clarify. I don't think that Betsy talks too much. As a matter of fact, I think Betsy is the single biggest reason this case ever came into being at all. Had she not spoken-up, I do not think there would have been any case to speak of. As a matter of fact, it took a lot of continual "banging on pots" to get the attention of the feds.

But just like the Yankees pitching staff is usually awesome, it still takes a Mariano Rivera to actually deliver the atomic bomb. Fabiani has given us many hints of how they'll paint these witnesses on the stand:

They'd have painted them this way:

Landis: Disgruntled doper who hates Lance Armstrong. Has a sadistic side and torments victims of childhood sexual abuse, just for fun. Convicted in France of computer hacking to alter evidence in his own doping case.

Tyler: Disgruntled doper who is jealous of his former friend. Bitter over the loss of his dog and wife (who looks like Axl Rose)

Betsy: Bike racing "widow" who hates Lance for making her husband work so hard and isolating her from her friends and family. Dedicates her life to the downfall of Lance Armstrong (friend of Kancer Kids).

Frankie: Disgruntled doper who is married to Betsy. Has to tow the line to stay married to his wife.

McIlvane: Employee of Oakley who is scared of being bullied by the feds into lying about Lance in order to protect welfare of her special needs child.

Betsy got us to the investigation. But she had to yell so dang loud, and so dang often, that her "witness stand" credibility is compromised. She's a starter. But we needed a good set of closers. And my guess is this:

They couldn't find enough closers that they could put up on a witness stand without KNOWING that they'd win the case. This case lacked Mariano Rivera.

300px-Mariano_Rivera_allison_7_29_07.jpg

Getting Barry Bonds convicted on lying to the GJ is hardly a "big win". That was gravy without the potatoes and chicken. And I don't think that this administration (in an election year) wanted to skewer a "hero to many" unless they were confident that they'd absolutely win.

So I know that I hit a nerve with Betsy. Betsy is probably really REALLY upset right now. And she should be. She's been the one, single person who has maintained her integrity all along. And they've painted her as some psycho wife with a beef against a hero cancer crusader. If I were her, I'd have lost my marbles a long time ago. The people we should be mad at include Floyd, Tyler and McIlvane. I'm happy to learn that George went along willingly.

Betsy deserves a HUGE massive thank-you for essentially exposing the fraud that was Lance Armstrong. Not her husband, Not Floyd Landis, Not Tyler Hamilton. Not anyone else. Betsy gets all of the credit. And so Betsy, I thank you personally for having endured what you have endured. For taking the high road when 99% of human beings would take the low road. You are the true martyr. And you've been wronged, slandered, bruised and beaten. And it is not right. And shame on Lance and his attorneys for taking such a low-road in skewering you along the way. Sleep at night, because their taking that low-road cost them a LOT of money. Lance will probably end up a lot less happy than you and Frankie.

The next Sports Illustrated article will either be an Apology Piece or a Critique of Wasting Taxpayer money on high profile athletes.

If it is the former - apology accepted.
If the latter - SI should release the article to coincide with the upcoming Roger Clemens Trial 2.0. What a taxpayer disaster that trial will be yikes.

And Edgar Allan Poe omg.
Poor Edgar should have gotten out and ridden his horse more often, would have been good for his disposition. Do give him credit for his famous quoth "Haterz gonna Hate" though. On his original tombstone I believe.
