You have claimed endlessly as sitting on the fence about armstrong, yet leaving several hard records on this very forum, that you intended to gloat if the feds dropped the case...you got your time, accepted...now you need to show us why you are any different and less laughable than those you accused of being similar to lance and using his style lies.

To me you are using lance's lies to cheaply attack his detractors. You are as complicit as the doper lance you are using to diminish his critics.

Many of the witnesses voluntarily came to USADA with info prior to the Landis emails. Some of them are not even riders. When they talked to the Feds they requested that Travis attend the meetings.

Another possibility is they can request a five day extension. I don't think they need that, though.

I look forward to tomorrow, because I don't see how they can avoid requesting a hearing, yet just by doing that they will be accepting the system, which has to cause them great disgust. LA really wants to tell them to go scr-w themselves, but he can't.

What happens, though, if not all of the other five request a hearing? What if one of the doctors doesn't respond? That would be tantamount to accepting sanctions. Wouldn't that strengthen the hand of USADA against the remaining defendants? If you are charged with a conspiracy, and one member of the conspiracy in effect pleads nolo contendere, that has to damage the case of the remaining ones.

I think you will find numerous posts in the clinic regarding LA's buddies at Google that have the ability to control the internet. Some responses to those posts say rude things about tin foil hats.

I believe that LA has brought the USADA site down, appropriated the URL, and it will be up tomorrow featuring an apology from Travis.
