What, you mean teams should just continue signing riders that did well in Giro delle Regioni 2010, the last time the race was ridden? I get what you're saying and agree but Lutsenko was world champion, not just random top ten or fifteen, and looking at statistics he also did very well in U23 calendar races and even the Tour de l'Ain.

U23, lol not every one in that category can succeed in the pro rank. Remember Romain Sicard , Evgeni Petrov , Yaroslav Popovych , Sergey Lagutin ... The list is very long.

Beware of the Shark!!

NIbali looks SHARP & READY

Nibbles to me is going to be a major pain in the @$$ for Froome. He is an opportunist. He is not a conformist. He looks always to hit out. Going up, down, flat/crosswind? Hope he rides well. would love to see him 2nd:p Berto 1st:D Talansky 3rd:eek:

I also think Astana & Tinkoff will have monster teams.

Am I the only one thinking Nibbles looks a bit like Lance in that picture?

There faces look a bit a like especially when u compare it to pics from Lance from 2000/2001. During the 2013 Giro I sometimes felt Nibs style was comparable to Lance in his prime. Always looking in control, breathing trough his nose, and basically looking like a boss  Just looking at his style back then u could see Nibs had a lot of confidence.

Anyways I hope he rides like Lance this tdf :D

Like I said in the national championships thread, a win like this is great for his confidence. over a year without a win, suffering with form and behind others all season, but now he'll be heading to France as champion of Italy. Great to see and very good for him. :)
