not one spanish form of media or the organisers have let it shine through that changes might happen to the stage. I've only heard it here

They were just saying there was a chance of snow so the route may have to be diverted. It wasn't anything that had been officially mentioned.

Looking at the above link though it doesn't seem as if there's any way they could ride up there. There was a road in the picture earlier which has now vanished!

Some of the twitpics coming in look pretty interesting, although the temperature is getting better as they descend

Snowing at the finish, sleet on the course, a breakaway and dangerous roads, hmm...

Levi is going to have to really work for this if he wants it. Good. I don't like Levi at all, but will respect his efforts if the race route goes full distance and he takes GC on a day like this.

Really hoping for a CA Sorensen win from the break though.

Of course iSchleck will be in trouble as well, but twitter has a few sources saying Sørensen has been distanced on the descent...

But not surprising after the mess which was the broadcast yesterday. This race has been an advert of exactly how not to broadcast a race.

I don't think it would have been any different in most other races. Fog + snow means it's almost impossible to get a signal through.

Don't even joke about that. Otherwise tomorrow we'll have to hear people on here moan about the over-hyping of said rider if he doesn't deliver, displaying - once more - their absolute inability to discern a tongue-in-cheek remark from a serious one. He was the best Rabo rider for the day though so I hope he can at least keep up the positive trend.
Indeed, and if you keep making jokes like that. We hear people moaning you're the king of hype and they really think you mean everything seriously even when it's obvious to 90% of the human populous that..it's a joke...

Apparently the organization is worried about the finish, yeah but they're not the only ones!
This can't be true. Ryo Hazuki said it didn't matter

But by making the same joke about every half decent Dutch talent you're turning the riders themselves into jokes.

this race showed this week why they are on the verge of extinction and they deserve so. not the uci to blame like everyone did here. this is the 21st century. no lousy excuses for having images like that.
