That's a shame was looking forward to him on the finishing climb.
Lesson to riders of all abilities.. Keep your hands on the handlebars while descending or few meters before a roundabout going in to the finishing sprint.60kph crashthe picture isnt of the crash that Tom was sharing, thats just the corner he went straight on at as obviously if the camera bike was there theyd have known what happened

And that would be wrong? The UCI has made rule changes for " super tuck" decent position because of instability and the inability to maneuver the bicycle. UCI has made rule changes for extreme inward shifter angles because they believed it made riders less safe. UCI has made multiple rule changes that involve celebrating with hands or hand off the handlebars in attempt to improve safety. UCI has made rule changes to prohibit resting forearms on top of handlebars, rider attempts to get more aerodynamic while riding essentially hands free.. Could certainly see if rider judgement is such that getting food and drink on fast decents are not obviously dangerous.. You can't have a nanny state but you also expect, anticipate common sense.. Instead of being praised or congratulated for risky riding a 5 minute time penalty might be a good start. I love Pidcock for sure, his daring descents are legendary, but when daring crosses to dangerous, deserves punishment..Hilarious.
Next time a rider dies doing the same thing everyone will be crying, wonder how this could happen, and blame the UCI
For sure pros urinate , change clothes, helmets, shoes underway. Pro riders can get bike repairs and medical treatment while moving, they can ride arm in arm ,entire team in celebration.. Enjoy a ceremonial champagne.. Eating and drinking is routine, up or downhill.. My opinion is less stringent if rider only crashes him or herself.. Injury or impede someone else during drinking stunt riding, you need a yellow card, fine, DQ'd or time penalty in my opinion..yeah I get that, but I imagine loads of the pros drink on descents all the time if theyre not chasing a specific race target and they get away with it.
he followed up by saying those yellow arrow markers werent visible on corner entry. so maybe learnings to take away on both sides.
You wish he wereVingo looks stronger than Tadej this year
This is some joke or are you really being serious? Can he though? Vinge will ride into form by riding the Giro as well.
"we're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl"...You wish he were
