The idea of signing little Simone as a leadout man for Milan, just because they are both Italian track guys is just stupid.
Consonni gets moved around too easy because of his lack of size and probably doesn't even give Milan a decent draft.
A big guy like Affini or Walscheid as a leadout man and Milan becomes an actually scary opponent for the top sprinters.
