Mistakenly forgot the bonus seconds, or time gaps at the finish have been annulled.

Can anyone tell my why there hasn't been outrage about this race and why the riders haven't stopped yet when apparently Tom Portsmouth crashed and broke his collarbone because of a motorbike (that shouldn't have been there) being on the road?
