I think it is a good start for him here though.Almeida straight up lost to a stronger rider (at least for February). Poor @mou taking a beating over his rebuilt almeida claims
Interesting to see how he follows up in Algarve.

Can anyone tell my why there hasn't been outrage about this race and why the riders haven't stopped yet when apparently Tom Portsmouth crashed and broke his collarbone because of a motorbike (that shouldn't have been there) being on the road?
Because that was just one incident?
With the inclusion of an outrageous ttt and now Portsmouth's crash that makes it 2 incidents, surely Hansen should be on the phone.
Also it wasn't just one. Multiple cars have been seen beside the road according to riders (stopped by the police like they have to just like stage 1 in Besseges).

Horner gave it a run down -Missed this, can’t for the life of me work out what the hell happened in this stage. Such a confusing mix of riders and time gaps.
Anyway...
Joan Bou got some company in the break.
You must be Jokin, right?
I don't think the course and scenery can get any flatter, the flatness has been turned up to 11.This must be the flattest part of the entire country of Spain.
Or the most Belgian part.
Don't have the answer for that but it's kind of spectacular. Is there supposed to be that much water next to the road or is it residual from the flooding in October?
Those are rice fields. Is there supposed to be that much water next to the road or is it residual from the flooding in October?
Bird sanctuaries and rice fields, and now a more populated area, this course has definitely been interesting.
