Because that was just one incident?

I thought this almost never happened in other races? Literally 1 day later, and 0 outrage, 0 tweets. Nothing, nada, when someone actually broke something this time.

Also it wasn't just one. Multiple cars have been seen beside the road according to riders (stopped by the police like they have to just like stage 1 in Besseges).
 
With the inclusion of an outrageous ttt and now Portsmouth's crash that makes it 2 incidents, surely Hansen should be on the phone.

Will Hansen be on the phone when Grand Tours give out more WildCards this year cause certain teams and the big organizations demand it? Even tho the reason for reducing the amount of riders was safety (argument being made by the PCC themselves). Doubt it as it benefits some teams.

Key words being "had been stopped".
In the French amateur race they weren't all stopped.

TTTs don't cause safety issues. That's just some people here having a weird agenda against a certain discipline.
