Thanks!
He was pedaling while checking his Facebook!...you mean the guy who beat <checks notes> Ivan Romeo by a massive 49 seconds today? That guy? Yeah...prolly "smoked"
Yah..right...he tried like for 2 kms today and was chilling after, watch the race
So congrats to Vingo, he showed who's the strongest in the key test. Both he and Pogi winning first races of 2025 on the very same day, a sign of rivalry to come?
He did a better TT last year and is clearly a better rider now. First time this year he's disappointed a little bit, which is perfectly okay at 21.actually his normal ITT. Level of competition is great at Algarve and Morgado is just average at ITT
Damn, gotta scroll for centuries to find Roglic in the results.
different ITT, last year it was flat. He was 15th at 1:15 from Remco. You are right that last year's ITT from him was better, but i think this year's is within margin of error for his actual ITT level, which is average from my view.He did a better TT last year and is clearly a better rider now. dude, breathe))Pog wins by a massive 1:14 over Ciccone, and it's "MASSIVE win, clearly miles better than Jonas"
Jonas comes makes up 35 seconds on Almeda and it's "Clearly he's already lost the Tour...isn't even close."...
Totes legit
From what I saw of him last year, his time trialling is his most consistent/impressive attribute. Seems to always have a bad day or two climbing, though.Good to see the 'not noted time trialist' junior world TT champion and three-time TT podium finisher in 2024 Antonio Tiberi looking decent after all. Foia might have just been a bit of cobwebs.
When he takes it easier before the climb than Vingegaard did.So on short ITT climbs Almeida outclimbs Jonas. That's my weirdest conclusion from this race.
Yeah, it seems like his climbing is only on a consistently high level when he's near peak shape, while his TT always stays strong. Was the same in Tirreno and Burgos last year. From what I saw of him last year, his time trialling is his most consistent/impressive attribute. Seems to always have a bad day or two climbing, though.
And Catalunya (also had a couple of bad days at the Giro, especially to Livigno)Yeah, it seems like his climbing is only on a consistently high level when he's near peak shape, while his TT always stays strong. Was the same in Tirreno and Burgos last year.
João fastest and slowest.Interesting times on the climb:
