There's a part of me that wanted to see what sort of form Quintana was in. Today confirms what I already sorta thought. Sure "Valverde is their captain and everyone is riding for him", but...Quintana would have attacked on a proper mountain finish. I wanted to see where he was at right now.

That is a cool photo. Congrats to DeGendt nice stage win. Not sure he'll hold onto the GC, but nice for now.

Tomorrow and Friday will be interesting to see what happens. Yes Valverde needs to be attentive, which I think he will be.
