Those last 400m even look slightly downhill on street view? This might be messy if no one tries to make it hard.

yeah, looks like it is.

In the pre-stage interview some guys were talking about 30-40 guys left in the end. Would Brennan be able to hang on, in that case? Will be interesting to see.

From the breakaway, it could very well be another stage for Vendrame.

edit: van Eetvelt didn't sound too upbeat, by the way, as their hotel was an altitude, and the last time this was the case he suffered like a dog the day after.

Yeah I think climby sprinters could have a chance if it isn't made hard. There's also a slight headwind possibly.

I see that some riders complained about having to sleep at altitude last night? Do you know if that's the same for everyone or is it straight up unfair?

I didn't find a hotel list, so no idea. I would be surprised if everyone stayed at altitude.

While the sprint is easier, the climb should be more selective than yesterday. UAE can really smash it from bottom to the top, I think they may use Yates as an attacker at 1-2 km to go.

The finish-line should be at 100-200 m to go on the profile above.

Two Alpecin (Hermans and Glivar) didn't start, and now Groves abandoned as well.

I fail to understand what Egan Bernal is complaining about, you race the course out in front of you.

Ineos helping out UAE and 2 guys already attacked out of break, that's probably not the smartest thing to do.
