They didn't have anyone in the break. So it was up to them and probably Sky to chase. I don't think it is going to make much of a difference at the end of the day.

Absolutely correct. However, they are guaranteeing this outcome. Though they look to be putting a ton into difficulty.

Never thought I'd be rooting for Albert, but compared to Sky winning this tour as well, he may as well be Greg Lemond's illegitimate spanish child in my eyes. Go Alberto!!
