The amount of flat roads in the end is for debate - but another great design!
Surely Sharkie & Bertie will make fireworks - the Torcal has better attack ramps than Bermejo, and Leon could be used to get rid of the Trainbots....

The fire was started by a mattress, which had been placed under the rear of the bus and set alight.

Someone planned this - not many people wander around with a mattress under their arm. Bizarre.

Thinking of Sat and Sun, after the tough MTF yesterday and considering the 17.5k from top to finish, I don't expect any big GC battle today.

Energy is not endless. And using a lot of it to gain a few secs today (if so) might not be worth the risk of doing a N. Roche during the weekend

There are reports that the police have arrested a suspect who also set fire to several other vehicles, none of them related to the Vuelta -- so just a firebug who get his jollies burning up vehicles. Nothing team- or cycling-related.

So where did he get the mattress from? Out of a dumpster or is he driving around a van filled with mattresses? Very strange story.
