What an absolutely brilliant ride by Pogacar. I missed most of the stage but it seems like it was pretty good. 40 kilometer solos by gc contenders are rather rare.
All in all this final week really gave me the giro 2015 vibes of not really a close race but good racing throughout
Overall, its definitely the best GT since Giro 2015 for me. Lots of great stages and lack of boring sprinter stage, there were basically only two on stage 3 and 4.

Great GT with some great performances.

Pogacar really made this stage and provided the final GC battle. It seemed neither Movistar nor Lopez had the legs to put any time into each other.

Quintana on the doomed 4th place.

I feel a little bad for him. He doesn't get enough credit for animating the races.
Well, I dont really feel bad for him tbh. I think him getting that time really hampered Valverde's chances of stage win these last few days in the mountain. Unfortunate cause it was obvious after the rest day that he ONCE AGAIN simply turned into a pretty mediocre climber.
