I noticed Cobo wasn't there at the finish, I think he was dropped together with De La Fuente with 3-4 minutes to go still

was i the only one seeing one geox rider on a road bike ?

I didn't see that, however I've seen a lot of guys riding in road helmets (entire Topsport Vlaanderen team did, plus few guys on other teams), so it could very well be that someone rode on a road bike

yes mystery solved.cobo had a mechanical in the last 2-3 km.
i've seen the stage moments ago.nice to hear purito, sammy and pablo lastras at the microphone just after their rides.purito said at one moment they were going at 100 km/h and sammy said he will attack hard these next two stages.
vuelta a burgos is never disappointing.

Tomorrow's finish looks like a very long false flat and otherwise nothing serious, so it looks like any fireworks will be on the last day. Seems JRo territory to me.
