Unspectacular since the Tour? Did you watch San Sebastian? How often has the main group at Jaizkibel been trimmed down to less than 10 men?

So the world's best climber acting as a domestique 40km from the finish not being able to drop 10 riders is spectacular?

winning stages in burgos doesn't make you a really good rider

I don´t know if it ever occurred to you...but a lot of people don't agree with you, and it doesn´t mean you are right.
Your opinions is not facts, but just opinions, so please stop acting like they are facts. Thank you!

Yeh but I don't know why he'd go to the front and "attack" at a random point of the race when he can just beat everyone easily on Sunday. Sure he's a chance, but he's been completely unspectacular since the Tour and this is a race in the trough of his form cycle. There's no reason to expect anything from him and if pulls it will be a pretty impressive feat.

what? he only did one race since the tour which was san sebastian where he was increidblys trong but you must've missed it  he rode one of the fastest ascents of jaizkibel ever

Still, leaning into Roux with an unclipped pedal was pretty ****ing dangerous

1 leg was enough for win this one. :D

On a seriour note, you can see his bike jumps a lot in the last 50/100 meters which cause him to lose control and end up both leaning toward Roux and unclipping the pedal, so yeah I think it was a bit harsh.
