"The Hitch" is, as the original, provocatively right and most of the time "überkool". One of the few voices I really read with interest. Just saying.

When Galic Ho disagrees with someone's point of view he really nails them into the ground! :D

Honestly I find him the most annoying poster on this forum with his "Look at me I'm such a tough guy" attitude.
Internet tough guy. I allready stopped wasting time on the guy so this is a post too much and 100% certainly my last post about him.

Watching Cobo return to his "old form" at Burgos, has me scratching my head as to how many team leaders can have at the Vuelta.
Even more than the mighty Shack tour team seems to be the answer.
Menchov, Sastre, Cobo, Blanco, Duarte (if fit) would seem guarranteed to start.
Who else? Marcel Wyss and young Mr Felline looked very good in Poland.
Valls Ferri, DdLF must be close to certs....

Very, very strong..............on paper.

On paper indeed. They certainly didn't impress in the Giro so I really hope they will perform a lot better in the Vuelta.
I hope Cobo will do well!

Good news for free to air television viewers in Australia. SBS is showing half an hour daily highlights of The Vuelta at 5:30 pm, and is committed to showing stages 8 and 9 (mountain stages) live. This is because they are on the weekend, which means that they should have stages 14 and 15 too, which means Angliru. :)

Sounds good Greg. Any idea if Landa will do this race or is he too young???
Strongest team to be Katusha. Any idea who Sky is sending to help Wiggins, maybe Uran, Rogers, EBH, Hunt, Stannard, Cummings and a few others???

No Theo Bos in the Vuelta

Rabobank says he rode too many races this season and Nico Verhoeven says "He was never on our list to ride the Vuelta in the first place".
****ing lame.

More reasons to dislike the Rabobank management

I think galic ho can be a little over the top but he certainly just doesn't go with the crowd and isn't afraid to speak his mind. Often I agree with his views on things.

So if everytime i disagreed with you rather than addressed the point I implied that your judgment is affected by marijuana , said you were stupid and continued that this stupidity comes from you being Australian, would you then also think that Im cool?
Did I ever say he was cool for saying such a thing? No. Settle down...

Yet the last 2 notable times Galic Ho has gone OTT you've glorified the fact?

EBH is not going to the vuelta (going to ToB instead). The Sky management doesn't want him to as that will increase his chances of coming to worlds in top shape, which would decrease Cav's chances of winning ;)

I would assume that Cummings, Froome, Stannard and Henderson (would be ridiculous not to send him to a single gt) are certain. Rogers is still sick isn't he? Uran already has like 65 race days and I'm not sure if it would be smart sending him. Seems like they're bringing Kennaugh too but they might not bring him after all since he already got those much needed WT points.

I shouldn't be doing this, but I didn't say that he's wrong or right. Certainly I agree with some posts with him, just his way of having a discussion with someone else is pathetic. Imo.

It has nothing to do with him being right or wrong, but with his attitude.

Profiles are finally up.

Good to see the final course and the changes wrt what was presented in January.

Some of the climb profiles don't look very reliable to my eyes. Either their intermediate altitude marks or their gradient figures are just plain wrong.

And I can't figure out why La Covatilla ranks below Manzaneda or La Farrapona for the KOM. Not even using Bavarianrider's logic for categorising climbs. Nevermind.

nice troll/multiple account.

And just like that, he's gone.
Still wonder how he got the editor-in-chief status though...

Concerning the vuelta - j-rod will own the mountain stages and fail horribly in the Time Trial. Menchov will fail too. I think Nibbles could actually repeat

I believe all new members get that little label at some point, 5-15 posts in.
It's a quirk of the system, I think.

Scarponi and in particular Anton should take Nibali in the mountains though might lose in the tt and ttt.

I like Anton, but I'm just worried he'll do something Anton-esque in the Vuelta (crash out). Hope I'm really wrong.
And I don't like Scarponi, so I will not even mention him as one of the favourites :)

@jobiwan... Well that's no fun... I still like my idea that it was Susan or Daniel trolling better :D:D
