I really hope we'll see some racing today.

But somehow I feel that the responsibles are able to even make a Angliru-stage a snoozefest.

This Vuelta feels like a chillout-zone in a disco.

This made me chuckle, from the Eurosport live ticker:

Cruelly separated on Friday by Vincenzo Nibali's crafty bonus-second sprint, British combo Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome restored their historic one-two at the top of the Vuelta standings on Saturday. So, it's official - Friggins are the new Frandy, only more explosive and exciting - and being British, infinitely more beefy and macho. Oh, and they might win something too. Blazin' Saddles: Friggins back on top

All times are in seconds, use maths if you want to convert. :p
"Winner" on the last couple of stages has been the nearest of these guys to the front (JRod and Cobo respectively).
Before Zubeldia's massive capitulation yesterday, he was the 4th best climber.
Mollema has gained most of his climbing seconds on Wiggins from the punchy climbs early in the race
Only Angrilu and St 18 (iirc?) will be used for comparison with climbing times, easier to judge.
From 29 riders after Stage 11 to 26 riders but I wont be including Duarte or Zubeldia any further.

According to the schedule British Europsport arn't even showing the race live. I'd seriously like some of my subscription back :mad:

LOL at Rubiera and Delgado climbing the Angliru. Delgado at like 3 km/h saying "a Tour de France winner can't set foot on the ground!". :D

Nice stats update :) Really curious how it will look tomorrow.
Also good to see 2 dutch guys in the top4.

Funny indeed. The downhill before the last climb (Angliru) can be a big surprise (narrow and technical)... :eek:
