Ten Dam abandons with a broken wrist

What a pity! He was fighting up the mountains the last days despite feeling really bad with his lunginfection. However, his results were still remarkable. Not a good season for him. Remember his crash in Switzerland.

Eurosport says coverage will start at 1.45. Strange. I expect that to be delayed but who knows

All to do with when TDP goes live. They seem to be as unreliable as Eurosport, who simply follow suit.
If they want to catch the San Lorenzo ascent, then the timing seems right, as they are once again flying.
Way, way up on the fastest schedule.
Still, this is Spain.................

Is there a problem with the race cameras or something?

Also, why the hell is San Lorenzo categorised as 1st category and not HC???

If you are watching Eurosport - the stream simply hasn't got to them yet (and Harmon is not good at making up for dead visuals)

Txurruka, according to the ticker, has attacked in classic fashion. I hope Euska can get another stage win this Vuelta to take some of the sting out of Anton's departure.

No HC climbs in this year Vuelta. I think they do something similar to the Giro, cat 1,2,3 and MTF.

is there any tickers that is better than the official one? I have found that it easily can stop updating for like half an hour at a time. Compared to the ticker from Le Tour this is quite bad, tho the animation of the cyclists are nice *rollseyes*

edit: hah if you click on the questionmark of the (animated) live ticker on lavuelta.com it opens up a video on letour.fr showing how the ticker works on the 2010 tour ticker :p It really isnt a wonder people call it the 3rd GT, the proffesionalism just doesnt shine through.

Pfff... they had to copy from the Giro one of the things they do wrong, and not some of the many they do right...
