I imagine Nibali is just following wheels so he's not spending more energy than he would if he stayed back, but why doesn't he want a break to get away? Maybe he doesn't want more than 3 or 4 riders up the road?

They have their priorities wrong if they think of the team classification with Purito 4 seconds behind the leader. And you as well, I'm afraid ;)

of course their priority must be on the general classification, but sending some guys like Ignatiev or Pozzato in the hunt on the flat doesn't hurt Rodriguez at all

It helps Liquigas. If Nibali goes beyond la Cobertoria with any teammate the race is his.

no, we'd have a one man breakaway which will be in front till the bottom of the last climb - including: Carlos Sastre ;)

Yeah, I doubt a break will go unless Moncoutie is in it. Cofidis will drive hard for Moncoutie.

Edit, looks like one has got away. That helps Moncoutie too. No one there is a threat to him.

No way Nibali would let Moncoutie go, he is only 6 mins back.

I really don't get Langeveld.

Of all the stages, where in many, he stands a decent chance of winning in a break, he choses the stage where he is least likely to even stand a chance of winning, a though mountain stage

Eurosport says coverage will start at 1.45. Strange. I expect that to be delayed but who knows

They're ahead of the fastest schedule. No way we'll see the climb to San Lorenzo from the start unless they stop at the feed area. :(
