We're still missing one of the 9 hill/mountain finishes. The romoured Fermoselle is about 3km after the end of a climb from the bottom of the river canyon. Another option might be a hilltop finish at Estaca de Bares.

Route and profiles are already in lavuelta.com. It's clearly a step back from 2017.

The only good thing

Ignore the length though.

All functionally unipuerto, all uninspiring climbs, except for this stage.

Profiles on the TTs aren't very good, cause I think both are pretty hilly.


Really hope Dumoulin goes for Giro + Vuelta after seeing this.

So the Vuelta is the most TT friendly route. That's interesting

A GT with a prologue and one medium length TT is now "the most TT friendly route". This year is really pathetic as far as GT design is concerned. There are a few decent stages here and there, but overall they are all so imbalanced......
