Hard to imagine the infernal pace on false flats favours anyone but Roglic.

Hard to guess when it will settle down cause the 2nd and 3rd climb are closer together and breakaway domestiques aren't useful unless you attack on the 3rd climb.

The Danish commentators said that Jumbo had done a Kuss Benne(fi)tt analysis to determine which of Kuss and Bennett should enter the break :D

Movistar trying nice things, but people ridicule them because they are Movistar and no matter what they do, it's stupid.
Every mountain stage its the same basically. Rolf Sørensen is especially bad at doing so while Nygaard simply CANNOT drop the Quintana-Valverde narrative, its a bit boring and repetitive.

The funny thing about Movistar is everybody talks about their leaders and the team always end winning the team classification.
Makes me think the team ranking is what matters to the management and the individual GC is left to riders to sort it out between themselves.

Valverde said his wrist got hurt, but he doesn't think it's bad and thinks he should be alright tomorrow. However, I highly doubt he'll attack tomorrow with the injury even if it's minor. He's likely hoping the GC riders just go together until the end.

Welcome home from hurricane evacuation!

Bala will bide his time :)

Chaves seemed to pretty banged up as well. I'm not 100% sure, but I think he was dropped on the first climb today and I didn't see him coming back
I hate it when crashes decide events :( Especially if those injured just get caught up in it. But that is cycling!

Not the toughest ascent, but the bunch is fairly big considering the covered kilometers.
