Let's forget an uneventful stage 11 (apart from an exciting stage win), and move onto the mythical and magical Angliru!
This stage comes just before the rest day, so noone will be holding back. It's also a short stage with only 110 km, so don't expect a breakaway to gain much advantage.

(No he wont. He'll be dropped again. And Valverde will lose a lot aswell as he's old and Soler will pay for todays brave effort, so it'll be a bad day for Movistar and people will make fun of them as always)

Yeah, this kind of irregular climbs with crazy ramps are really hard for me, I prefer the constant, suffocating, grinding steepness of something like the Zoncolan.
