He's said multiple times this year is his last Tour. He's also said several times he's likely not going to the Olympics next year either. He's said unless his form is a lot better next year he won't go to the Olympics and from a few comments he's made since the restart of the season it sounds like he's all but decided he isn't going to the Olympics next year.
