I think they shouldn't imo, there were legit gaps there that were not as a result of the crash. Martin and the guys who crashed sure, but Carapaz and others lost time legitimately to Roglic there

He seems like he's gonna get the same time as the rest, 3km rule... Loses 4 seconds to Roglic though

I don't think you can say the gaps were 100% not a result of the crash because without it you'd have had riders bridging that space and they'd probably all come in @ .st

Can see an argument either way.
