If it it’s true that DSM and FDJ are riding at the front and controlling the break then they are really thick. Too thick for words. Maybe someone should tell them that Jacobson is the fastest sprinter in the field and it is quickstep’s job to control the stage

They want to bring the Quickstep train to the finish fresh as possible.

C'mon not at the begging of the third week. Just put the GC guys in the autobus. They can safely try out new apparel over there.

The modern sprint stages are just a carbon copy now with radios. Let the break get 2 minx max, bring them back, bunch sprint.

Vanhoucke weird move, he's not gonna make it.

EDIT: looks like he's making it after all, but still weird to send youre climber out on a somewhat flat stage. DS probably mad they weren't in the break.
