can we stop with all this garbage ?
he was riding for himself not his teammate in the hospital?
this is such bs. As if Van Hooydyk is watching from the hospital and this somehow improves his situation

Give me a f-ing break.

But Kuss is also gifting Vingegaard free seconds. If it was a proper race between them Kuss would've probably lost less time to Vingegaard on Tourmalet and definitively lost less time today.
That's true but you could equally argue that Kuss took a chunk of time from the break on stage 6 which propelled him into red in the first instance. Vingegaard isn't at his top level but he might still be better than Kuss who was dropped today by Mas, Ayuso and Vlasov.

Wtf was that. So JV decided cry baby needs to win Vuelta and he can attack anytime he wants. Kuss and Roglič need to wait.
its cycling, entertainment.. let them entertain..
He is a captain and a superb nr1 on UCI stage world ranking and has been the strongest so far.. Take Sub Kuss breakaway on stage6 +3min gain out of the equation and it would not be up for debate..
or are you butthurt that sever that you simply can't tolerate the strongest Grand Tour rider in the world, who came here as captain and double Tour de France champ winning fair and square when Seb Kuss clearly aint got the legs and likely also greenlit it...

Mindbending that some characters just wanna get offended on other people's behalf, when they haven't even indicated any problem.
Fascinating mentality that some people see the world with.

Sepp is not winning anymore. I just hope Rog starts racing and stops f***ing around
I think it's over for Roglic. Now he's a minute behind Vingegaard and he won't take that back. If Roglic attacks first of the Jumbots and get a gap on one of the coming stages, I think Vingegaard will attack to catch up with him, and not care whether he brings anyone with him (like he did with Mas on stage 6).

This is between Kuss and Vingegaaard now. Roglics only chance is a raid on stage 20. Bring on Roglepoel 100 km duo attack!

When Bilbao, Poels, and Mohoric won their respective TdF stages, they were for Gino. Those wins didn't improve his situation, at all.

UAE seem to think that Roglic is the man to beat to get Ayuso on the podium. 1 & 2 on the podium are gone already so beating number 3 on GC is UAE's goal. That's the only thing I can think of that explains it.
Chapeau Poels and Storer!
Horner's list of knuckleheads on today's stage will be long - starting with Ineos probably.

Yes, but that wasn't a gift from his team mates, more a gift from QS, Movistar (and UAE). So far it's been only one JV guy getting gifts (if we call passive riding on the climbs to let another team mate gain time) from his team mates and that is Vingegaard.

Well done Vingegaard what a salute to Nathan Van Hooydonck, and thx for giving us a show.
Vingegaard has done this over and over, in the latter half of Grand Tours and been the strongest in 2021, 2022, 2023 Tour de France where the champ Pogacar couldnt hold his form.
How is it a salute to NVH?

In my opinion Uae did nothing wrong. and Ayuso has long since resigned himself to the fact that nothing can be done about this Jumbo. Fisher Black riding a strong Vuelta giving freedom is nice to see. You could also let him take the lead and try to close the gap, but then you know in advance that Roglic or Kuss will benefit from it. because Ayuso doesn't seem to be in great shape either

I don't have any problem with dedicating the win to a fallen teammate or anything, but its this ridiculous narrative as if there is some change of plan or
super powers provided.
'Ya i was just gonna ride around in the back with Remco, chase down attacks and guide Sepp, but then i heard about Nathan and decided i should win for him because good vibez'
