If stage 13 was neutralised, Remco would be 31 seconds behind Vingo and he’s clearly going to take that back today. So Remco should be favourite for the tour next year.Has any rider ever made back so much time in the final week as Evenepoel is doing right now? Crazy to think he could have been so many minutes ahead if he hadn't had that bad day.
When the queen stage was so hard the dominant GC winner couldn't do more than 5.5W/kg for 22 minutesIf you want to watch a different +200 km stage, there's always this one:

Everyone who hyped this one said it would either be really good or really bad depending on the GC situation. It was doomed the day Jumbo strangled the race on Tourmalet, and it's not like a different stage would have been particularly exciting either. Another MTF would have been another Cruz de Linares.Didn't everyone hype this stage as difficult and like the classic races?
I assume we are all rooting for Kelderman to get today's stage.
As a reward.
If they'd picked say Bola del Mundo I'd imagine they might have chased for a Roglic win while they also make sure Kuss doesn't get dropped too hard.Everyone who hyped this one said it would either be really good or really bad depending on the GC situation. I'm only rooting for one of the guys in the break, but I won't say who it is.
