Race incident. Accept the time of the repair (of a flat tire, broken transmission, etc.) or accept a time penalty if there is a bike switch (30 seconds/1 minute/etc.).

It would be ridiculous if each and every other rider now stopped to get a bike with a different gear.

I miss that look with the spare tires wrapped around their torso, so they should go back to changing their own spares as well.

According to Ritter, Roglic and Vlasov just performed some sort of "position switch" bringing Roglic to the front of the race...
Pretty sure that's worse in terms of cheating than a bit of drafting!
