Nelson Oliveira finished his 21st Grand Tour from 21 starts. Tying Andrey Zeits for what I think is the record (of highest number of Grand Tours ridden without a single DNF).

I just fact-checked this, and while it was technically correct, there is one guy who had a longer run before his first DNF. Vicente López, 3rd in the 1974 Tour, participated in 24 Grand Tours and only failed to finish the last one.
