Bora will go full on 2nd climb tomorrow. Drop O'Connor early. Queen stage of the Vuelta imo. Gaps will be huge.

IPT really dumb, they ended up working for Roglič. The Slovenian doesn't just win the stage but also claws back more almost 1 minute to O'Connor and sees one of his main rivals, Almeida, drop a huge amount of time.

Mas once again super consistent in the Vuelta and Landa with another very good performance. Terrible day for UAE, Almeida loses minutes and no one finishes less than a minute away from Roglič, Del Toro ended up being their best rider and I think he will be their best rider in the overall but can't see him doing more than a top10.

I suspect Israel's tactics today has signed their death knell for this edition of the Vuelta. There is no way they will be allowed into breaks.

Vergallito 12th also. Really fun to see a guy who went pro via Zwift actually be extremely good at this level
First good thing he's done all season. Shame it didn't amount to a stage podium. But maybe he'll have more chances in this race.

O'Connor didn't do much wrong. His team mate was riding away from him and he was under pressure once the climb steepened. He didn't sound too confident after taking the Red jersey, he just seemed happy enough to be in Red. What happened to Almeida ? Too bad Mas doesn't have a sprint. Roglic will continue to chew up the bonuses probably.
