Visma could have go to the Vuelta without Kuss and Jorgenson. They haven't been using any of the days to pull, but they're not getting into the breakaways either.

Jorgenson, complaining so much about Pogacar not letting him in the Tour, and he's not trying here
A) How do you know jorgensen isn't trying to get in breakaways when lots of the stages aren't broadcast in full?

B) Jorgensen launched vingegaard on Veldazcarray, that time could become pretty important the way this vueltas going....

With how big and still weak a lot of the breakaways have been, I think it's very inconceivable Jorgenson wouldn't be able to make the break once.

You can follow the stage from the start on radio vuelta, or PCS. They cover the breakaway attempts, and Jorgenson has never been involved in it.

Without Campy it's a field day for Vine/Ayuso/Soler party
It's a stage that suits Pidcock well; the final climb is more like the other day's than the Angliru. Q36.5 pulled the day the stage was suspended.

They could have Q36.5's support. If Ciccone is well, LIDL will also be there. Although I think LIDL will opt for the breakaway.

Lidl will definitely not ride for Ciccone in the peloton...

It's Soler time today, but maybe just maybe UAE gets beaten in a break for once. Bernal and Landa are also there

Jonas Vingegaard before the stage for TV2:

“I was a little bit ill last week, I was coughing a bit. I think people could also see that. But it’s getting better and better and because we had the rest day yesterday I feel good again today.”
